By registering, students (and their parents/guardians, where required by law) acknowledge and consent to this Policy.     Students Under 18: Our primary audience includes minors under the age of 18. By registering for an HSAFP program or club, the student and/or the parent or legal guardian consents to the data practices described in this Policy.
    Under 13: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at support@hsafp.org so we can take prompt action to delete it.
    In all cases, the parent or guardian is primarily responsible for ensuring the authenticity of the information provided by or about the minor.
