Hello! My name is Harini Suthari and I currently hold the position of secretary for my school’s HSAFP club. I’m from India, but I currently live in Apex, North Carolina. One of my favorite hobbies has to be playing the piano! I’ve been doing it for 7 years now because it helps me relax when my mind is in turmoil.
I’ve become sort of infatuated with the idea of going into the medical field after seeing one of my close friends pass away due to a malignant brain tumor almost 6 years ago. Even though society has come so far, we are still far away from being able to save everyone, which is why I want to become a physician. I want to give back to the science community, which has taught me so much over the years.
I greatly enjoy human anatomy, biology, & especially neurology; I think the brain is the most important organ in the human body! Thank you for reading my introduction.
