In addition to our curriculum activities that you will complete with your chapter each month of the school year (see our latest courses), the HSAFP Executive Team will also release a new monthly Research Journal Club course.
Research Journal Club courses will include a medical research article for you to read, a video reflection on the article from a medical professional, and questions and activities to do with your chapter, other HSAFP peers, and on your own!

Family medicine physician Ron Bradshaw MD joins us in reading and discussing the peer-reviewed journal article, “The effects of school gardens on fruit and vegetable consumption at school: A randomized controlled trial with low-income elementary schools in four
U.S. states,” by Wells et al. (2022), published in the journal Preventive Medicine Reports.
